From the episode

Yeah, I'm starting Ramondre Stevenson against the Steelers, whether or not Travion Henderson returns from his ankle injury, which currently sounds possible. And look, Stevenson was extremely inefficient on the ground against Seattle. But I frankly don't care for two reasons. One, it's Seattle, who's probably the best defense in the league. Two, I am playing Stevenson for the receiving upside in PPR.

Start Stevenson vs. Steelers; play for PPR receiving upside despite ground inefficiency.

Stevenson is a start against the Steelers in week two, regardless of whether Travion Henderson returns from his ankle injury. Although Stevenson was extremely inefficient on the ground against Seattle (the best defense in the league), the source is playing him for receiving upside in PPR. Even against the Seahawks, he had five catches for 44 yards. B. John Robinson, who played Pittsburgh, had eight catches for 90 yards and a touchdown, suggesting strong receiving opportunity against the Steelers.
