After getting one more carry than Chase Brown in the Bengals' Week 5 win over the Dolphins, Samaje Perine was out-carried by Brown 11-4 in a Week 7 win over the Ravens — although Perine did punch in a late touchdown in that game. There is no longer any pretense of stand-alone value for Perine.
