Smith's second three-TD game pairs with favorable Raiders matchup for streaming.

Smith had his second three-touchdown game of the season on Sunday, completing 23-of-30 for 287 yards with one interception. He's fared well against defenses with suspect secondaries. In Week 7, he faces the Raiders, who had allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to quarterbacks entering Week 7. The emergence of rookie WR Omar Cooper Jr. gives Smith another playmaker alongside WR Garrett Wilson. Smith is a solid streaming option for Week 7.
