Smith scored 23.48 points in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins, throwing three TD passes for the second time this season. While Smith boasts a pair of top-10 QB performances this season, he has also been held to fewer than 12 fantasy points in four out of seven games. Still, Smith boasts an exciting crew of receivers to target. He's a decent streamer at home against the Raiders.
