Singletary scores TD in OT; waiver target if Skattebo/Tracy remain injured.

Had just one snap and one carry in the first half, but after halftime took over backfield work and scored a 30-yard TD to end the game on the next snap after Skattebo's injury. Would be a popular waiver addition if not for the Giants' Week 8 bye; worth holding in deeper leagues in case both Skattebo and Tracy are still hurting after the bye.
