Video: Ranking All of the Week 8 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets
Justin Herbert, hilarious that this guy's on this list right now... He's owned in 48% of leagues... he's available in 52% of leagues. An elite quarterback, a top five quarterback in the league is available in over... F tier for Justin Herbert... stream guys with better matchups than him.

Elite QB averaging 11.6 PPG; F-tier waiver target, stream better matchups.

Justin Herbert is owned in 48% of leagues but available in 52%, making him a waiver wire target only for streaming purposes. Despite being an elite, top-five quarterback in the league, he has a season-high of just 13.3 fantasy points (week one) and averages only 11.6 fantasy points per game since then. The source rates him F tier and recommends streaming quarterbacks with better matchups instead, noting the disconnect between his pedigree and actual fantasy production.
