NFL Fantasy Football Podcast on Trevor Lawrence

Lawrence's absurd red-zone throw shows elite talent and decision-making under pressure.

Lawrence threw an absurd red-zone touchdown pass in the first quarter against Cleveland with no separation on the receiver, tight coverage, and zone defenders in the throwing window; the source emphasizes his talent and decision-making: 'he already knows where he is going to go with the ball, which is absolutely absurd' and 'he rips this throw in there' with 'the guts to throw the ball and then the talent to complete it.' This was early in the game (7-0) and reflects his stated pregame mindset that Jacksonville should apply pressure, not feel it.
