Purdy's 14 TDs in 6 games faces Falcons' league-worst pass defense.
Purdy continues to produce regardless of who is on the field around him. Through six games, Purdy has completed 70% of his passes at 8.5 yards per attempt with 14 touchdowns (tied with Kirk Cousins and Trevor Lawrence for the league lead) against just two interceptions, and he's been sacked only five times. He opened the season with two strong performances while George Kittle played less than half of the snaps, and in the two games Mike Evans left early, Purdy still threw for 297 yards and four touchdowns and 264 yards and a touchdown. Against Atlanta, which has seen more pass attempts than any defense in the league (41 per game) and ranks 29th at 269 passing yards allowed per game, Purdy has earned the benefit of the doubt.
