Williams punishes 61.5% blitz rate with 205 yards, TD against pressure.

Against New England's aggressive blitz plan (61.5% of dropbacks, the third-highest rate Williams has faced in his career), Williams completed 12 of 20 passes for a career-high 205 yards and a touchdown against the blitz, finishing with eight completions of at least 20 yards. Rather than allowing pressure to derail the offense, he punished the aggressive defensive plan with four explosive completions to Luther Burden III, three to Rome Odunze and another to Colston Loveland.
