Ron Stewart on Samaje Perine

Perine gaining ground: out-carried Brown 14-13 in week 14, fully in the mix.

Samaje Perine is now fully in the mix as a backup RB competing with Chase Brown for carries. In week 14, Perine out-carried Brown 14 to 13 (roughly a 75/25 split), and when Brown fumbles, the carry distribution swings further in Perine's direction. This emerging competition and role opportunity threatens Brown's role stability heading into the bye week.
