MVP candidate Goff benefits from Lions' special teams field position advantage.

Goff is recognized as an MVP candidate leading the Lions' potent offense against the Vikings' league-best defense. The source identifies special teams field position as a critical way to overcome the Vikings' defensive challenge, noting that positive field position takes pressure off Goff and the rest of the offense to sustain long drives to reach at least field goal range.
