From the episode

Braylon Allen, even though we're probably not talking about a guy taking over for the rest of the season, he is a player that we've seen perform pretty well. Even perform well in that kind of complementary role, right? He's been getting a decent amount of touches in that backfield. He's been getting some goal line work. He scored a touchdown.

Allen to start for Hall; Boone excited about him as top waiver wire add.

Braylon Allen will step into a lead-back role with Breece Hall sidelined week-to-week; Justin Boone is excited about Allen as a waiver wire target. Allen has performed well in a complementary role, getting decent touches and goal-line work, and scored a touchdown in Week 3. The Jets offense is competent and moving well with Geno Smith playing good football, making this an attractive opportunity.
