The 49ers' elite pass protection (only 12 pressures in true pass sets all season, 10th team ever to not allow a sack in first three weeks) and first-read EPA per drop-back (number one by almost a full point) provide an exceptional environment. Purdy is making the quickest decisions and can scramble, though the schedule toughens with Broncos this week and Seahawks in Seattle.
