Positive signalProjection

Likely downgraded from breakout TE to streamer after week 1 spike.

After a big week 1, Likely was expected to be a breakout tight end, but Matt Harmon is now viewing him as a tight end streamer rather than a consistent starter. The Giants' offensive collapse following Jackson Dart's injury has downgraded Likely's outlook significantly.
