From the episode

I loved Cooper as a prospect coming out. He's an absolute gamer at Indiana. He could line up in the slot. He could line up outside. He's really tough after the catch... I think this guy's good. And I'm willing to sort of gamble on him, even though the sample size is small. With Mitchell out, the number two receiver on the Jets, there's actually value to that now.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalSleeper

Cooper's debut production and versatility make him a gamble-worthy sleeper despite training camp concerns.

Cooper had over 100 yards and a touchdown in his debut (second TD wiped out on offensive pass interference call); the source loved him as a prospect at Indiana—versatile (slot/outside), tough after catch, great at catch point. Despite not having a great training camp and reports he might not beat out Isaiah Williams for the number three receiver role behind Garrett Wilson and A.D. Mitchell, the source is willing to gamble on him given the small sample size. With Mitchell out, Cooper becomes the number two receiver on the Jets, creating value that didn't exist before. Ranked WR32 against Miami, with a Romeo Lockett comparison; placed in tier two of wide receivers in the draft.
