Lemon positioned for volume with top three WRs out; eight targets last week.

Lemon is one of only four healthy wide receivers available for the Eagles in Week 8 with Smith, Wicks, and Covey all out. Against the Cowboys last week, Lemon was right behind Cooper in snap count and saw eight targets, suggesting he could see increased volume in this matchup against Washington.
