Start Saquon Barkley over Omar Cooper Jr. in Week 7 against Dallas; the Cowboys defense gave up 165 rushing yards to Bucky Irving two weeks ago. Barkley is an excellent receiver who will see increased passing-game usage as the Eagles offense evolves. Even in a limited Damien Harris-type role (limited carries, pass-catching work), he projects for 14–16 points, with upside from Dallas's poor tackling and the Eagles' recent tendency to target running backs more when the offense struggled.
