Video: Week 8 Running Back Rankings & Tiers
Ashton Jeanty continues to be a very inefficient running back... the receiving usage is at the very top of the NFL. Like right now, Jeanty's averaging 6.3 targets per game... the amount of receptions that he is going to give you is too damn good to rank him low, even if the rushing efficiency is garbage.

Elite receiving usage (6.3 targets/game) despite poor rushing; PPR gem

Ashton Jeanty continues to show inefficient rushing and appears injured, but his receiving usage ranks at the very top of the NFL, averaging 6.3 targets per game—comparable to Christian McCaffrey's workload. From a PPR perspective, his reception volume is too strong to rank him low despite poor rushing efficiency. The matchup against the New York Jets offers additional upside if the Raiders win by a decent margin and lean on running backs in the second half.
