From the article

Even if Saquon Barkley remains on the roster past the NFL trade deadline, Mitchell could see enough workload to be in flex consideration if Tank Bigsby (abdomen) doesn't return this week. Bigsby likely will return following the team's Week 10 bye, so don't bid too aggressively for Mitchell this week.

Mitchell flex option only if Bigsby (abdomen) misses Week 9.

Mitchell could see enough workload for flex consideration if Tank Bigsby (abdomen) doesn't return this week; even if Saquon Barkley remains on Eagles roster past trade deadline, Mitchell's role is contingent on Bigsby's status; Bigsby likely returns following Week 10 bye, so source recommends not bidding aggressively for Mitchell this week.
