Concepcion: 4 targets on 41 routes after Week 7 explosion; 49 season targets.

Concepcion didn't build on his Week 7 explosion, seeing just four targets on 41 routes (3-37-0). He has 49 targets on the season, third among Browns receivers behind Fannin's 51 and Boston's 53. He is at 7.2 YPT, not bad for a rookie stuck with terrible QB play, but the target decline is concerning.
