Minshew is a deep-league stream only; tough Seattle matchup limits upside.

Minshew is a deep-league and superflex stream only after being installed as the Cardinals' Week 9 starter. The matchup in Seattle is tough, so treat him as a dart throw rather than a confident start. FAAB recommendation: 2-5%.
