From the article

Tanner McKee hasn't transformed anything. It's the same offense, with the same limitations, and very little downfield passing game. I don't think McKee is a good player right now. His play has been pretty dull, and there is almost no vertical passing game to make watching this offense worthwhile.

McKee hasn't transformed the Eagles offense; systemic issues remain unchanged.

McKee has not transformed the Eagles offense; it remains the same with the same limitations and very little downfield passing game. The source notes McKee hasn't played well and that changing the quarterback was never going to solve the Eagles' systemic offensive problems. McKee produced +0.30 EPA per pass play from a clean pocket but -0.95 under pressure in this game. The source maintains that no quarterback would look good consistently in this situation, and would expect McKee to look better in a proper scheme with protection that could handle pressure.
