From the video

QB3 coming off the buy. Brock Pury going up against the Las Vegas Raiders... the Raiders this year, they've allowed the Chiefs, Patriots, Bills, Rams, and Jets to score 30 plus points. All right. Five straight weeks.

QB3 off bye vs. Raiders (5 straight 30+ point games allowed)

QB3 for Week 9 coming off bye against Las Vegas Raiders; Raiders have allowed 30+ points in five straight weeks (NFL record is six straight); well-rested 49ers expected to tie or break the record. Purdy in early MVP conversations. Offense looked mortal before bye with banged-up wide receiver room, would be better with healthy Mike Evans and Debo Samuel. Positioned in optimal game environment tier with both good offense and good matchup.
