QB30 Joe Fagano going up against the Jaguars... Now probably starting for the Ravens... The Ravens joined the Jags and the Bills this year as the only teams averaging seven plus yards per attempt on passes behind the line of scrimmage.

QB30 vs. Jaguars; Ravens scheme efficient but Flacco's fantasy upside questionable.
Ian Hartitz ranks Flacco QB30 against the Jaguars. Flacco is now probably starting for the Ravens. The Ravens rank among only three teams (with Jaguars and Bills) averaging 7+ yards per attempt on passes behind the line of scrimmage, a sign of effective play-calling. However, Hartitz is dubious about whether this scheme advantage will translate to fantasy production against Jacksonville.
