Nine targets (season-high tied) elevates him to must-start WR with boom-bust floor.
Luther Burden started incredibly hot with nine targets in this game, his second-highest target volume of the season (only week three vs. Philadelphia had more). Designated as a must-start wide receiver every week going forward; raising his floor with strong target volume. However, he still carries boom-bust volatility similar to Taysom Hill, Gerald Everett, Garrett Wilson, Parker Washington, and Jameson Williams, meaning he will have big games and some duds.
