Dulcich has shown some of his best usage and numbers of the season coming out of the Dolphins' Week 6 bye; while still just one performance better than the TE15, he has shown a bit more of a floor in recent weeks with at least four receptions and 37-plus yards in four of his last five games; the source is optimistic about his Week 9 matchup against the Lions, who have allowed every single tight end room to face them this season to score at least 13.6 PPR points collectively (good for the TE5 mark on the season), and calls this "EVER a week to stream the receiving-first tight end."
