Yahoo Fantasy Football on Tyler Shough
From the article
Shough's been the QB7 in fantasy points per game but was exposed versus the Vikings and Steelers recently while dealing with a broken non-throwing hand. He should be largely over that now, and the added rushing element has made him a low-end QB1 at times in the fastest-paced offense
STACKED’s take
Shough is QB7 per game with rushing upside; potential WR and OL upgrades coming.
Shough is off the bye and it's possible WR Jordyn Tyson makes his debut and LT Kelvin Banks (ankle) returns after a prolonged absence—major upgrades. Shough has been QB7 in fantasy points per game but was exposed versus the Vikings and Steelers recently while dealing with a broken non-throwing hand. He should be largely over that now, and the added rushing element has made him a low-end QB1 at times in the fastest-paced offense. Week 9 against Cleveland presents a tighter test; the Browns rank 26th in half PPR points allowed to opposing QBs (15.2 per game). They haven't been tested by above-average QBs this entire month, with Aaron Rodgers, Cam Ward, Tyler Huntley, and Geno Smith in their recent history. The Browns play man coverage more than anyone else, but the Saints have the WRs to hang in there. New Orleans is listed as a 2.5-point home favorite with a 23-point team total (14th).
