B-tier with good Bengals matchup but underwhelming 13.7 PPG average

Drake London is ranked in the B-tier for Week 9 with a favorable matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals defense, which is improved but tends to play in back-and-forth shootout games. However, London has averaged only 13.7 points per game this season, which Jackson Smith-Jigbman finds disappointing.
