Elevates both the floor and ceiling of the Dallas offense and provides Dak Prescott with a number one receiver in case CeeDee Lamb misses time. Lamb played through injury and missed a couple games last season; without Pickens in prior years, Dak's production fell off significantly. With Pickens now in place, the offense has insurance against Lamb injury, and Dak can maintain startability even if either top receiver is sidelined.
