part of the reason why I'm so bought into Caleb Williams is that he got so much better in sack rate year one to year two. Like, uh historical upgrade in sack rate year over year... I think Caleb's ceiling is so much higher cuz he can throw for 45 touchdowns.

Historic sack rate improvement year-over-year; 45-TD ceiling but fairly priced

Davis Mattek is 'bought into' Caleb Williams partly because of his historically significant sack rate improvement from year one to year two, which is rare and generally doesn't happen. This improvement in pass protection efficiency is a positive indicator for his fantasy outlook. While his ceiling is higher than Jalen Hurts' in terms of passing touchdown potential (45 TDs possible), he is appropriately priced at his current ADP, whereas Hurts is underpriced.
