Kelce's per-game production and ceiling make him massive value from round 3 onward.

Kelce was a top-six fantasy receiver on a per-game basis last year and top-15 at the position over his final 10 games even going back to his rookie season. Matt Harmon views him as a massive value in the current market because the Chiefs didn't bring in real competition to take away from him; as long as he and Mahomes are on the field, the upside is significant. The risk is off-field issues and injuries recurring, but Harmon is willing to take that risk from the third round onward given Kelce's ceiling at the position.
