From the episode

For tier three, it's a short one. It's Harold Fannin Jr. and Rondae Gadsden. Two players who have proven, shown the talent, but they're just a little bit lower for positional viability. I know this is tight end premium, and we've talked about the narrowing between Harold Fannin Jr. going up towards Tyler Warren, but I'm going to park them because if I can get a bell cow of the three, Henderson, Jocken, Scadbo, it's going to be worth more to me than Fannin Jr. and Gadsden maybe hitting the middle.

STACKED’s take

NeutralProjection

Fannin Jr. tier three; tight end positional value lower than elite RB upside.

The source ranks Fannin Jr. in tier three, noting he has proven talent but is positioned lower due to positional viability concerns at tight end; the source prefers the upside of a bell cow running back (Henderson, Jocken, or Scadabo) over Fannin Jr. or Gadsden, as those backs offer more value if they hit elite production, whereas tight ends must hit elite to pay off.
