Quentin Johnston, according to Mike McDaniel, uh Quentin Johnston is all the qualities of players like Julio Jones and Andre Johnson. Johnston I think comps well to what we the way Julio Jones was used um in Atlanta, you know, in in breaking routes, occasional you know, occasional work along the boundary. If Johnston can show up at the boundary and really show that he's rehabbed his game and he was on his way last year. He made a lot of strides. He can do that. I think Julio Jones is is a good ceiling comp for him. Um not necessarily believing that he's going to get there, but I think he'll get closer than people realize and I think he's I think the team has has fully invested in him being one of their top two receiving options.

Julio Jones ceiling comp; Harris sees Johnston getting closer than market expects.

Bob Harris projects Quentin Johnston with a Julio Jones ceiling comp based on Mike McDaniel's assessment that Johnston possesses the qualities of Julio Jones and Andre Johnson. Johnston is expected to be used in breaking routes and occasional boundary work, similar to how Julio was deployed in Atlanta. Harris believes Johnston will get closer to that ceiling than people realize, noting he made strides last year and is rehabbing his game. The Chargers have fully invested in Johnston as one of their top two receiving options. Harris had a good grade on Johnston coming out but flagged catch-point concerns; he believes Johnston is now getting up to speed.
