Flowers' high utilization and target share point to a potential elite breakout.

Lawrence Jackson highlights Zay Flowers' 29% target share and WR9 utilization score from last year, noting he is one of only nine wide receivers to record 200+ PPR points in each of the last three seasons. Jackson expects a breakout toward an elite tier, supported by a favorable schedule against bottom-12 defenses and explicit intent from Lamar Jackson and the coaching staff to get him the ball.
