Hunter was among the 2025 draft's rookie WRs (Travis Hunter, Tetairoa McMillan, Emeka Egbuka, Matthew Golden, Jayden Higgins, Luther Burden III, Tre Harris, Jack Bech) in the top 60, but only two of them finished among the top 50 WR scorers. Rookie WRs look good on draft day because they haven't failed yet, but will be over-drafted.
