From the article

guys like Trevor Lawrence, Dak Prescott, Justin Herbert, Brock Purdy, Caleb Williams, and Bo Nix are all fairly cheap if you wait as long as possible to nominate them. It's entirely possible to land two of these guys for less than $10, and perhaps even $6 to $8 if you time it right.

Purdy available cheaply late; two mid-tier QBs can be had for under $10 combined.

Purdy is among a tier of fairly cheap quarterback options available late in salary cap drafts. The source suggests it's entirely possible to land two of these mid-tier QBs (Lawrence, Prescott, Herbert, Purdy, Williams, Nix) for less than $10 combined, and perhaps even $6–$8 if nomination timing is right, making them viable late-draft targets.
