The Chiefs finished 6-11 and Mahomes tore his ACL, but the Chiefs expect to have Mahomes back under center to start the season. They retooled gaps in their running game and secondary, and Eric Bienemy is back to guide an offense that has regressed since his previous tenure. That they've won three Super Bowls in the last six years lessens some of the pressure to win it this year.
