I don't think the Chargers are going to sit Lad McConkie in two tight end sets, or at least very often. He's too talented of a player for that. Yes, his 20-25, definitely a disappointment. But it's not like other wide receivers on that team dominated per route run while Lad was just really bad. He was in the same vicinity as Quentin Johnson and Keenan Allen last year in yards per route run. He led the team in end zone targets. He had a 21% target share... I'm just bullish on the Chargers offense. I think there's a legit chance that it's very good... I think Ladd belongs in that amazing tier of wide receivers in that like round three to round five range... his market score is not as bad as you'd think. He's ranked right below T. Higgins as wide receiver 17... I still think Ladd McConkie has a lot of talent. His rookie season doesn't just happen by mistake.
