Bowers' improved QB and scheme should unlock breakout year; elite rookie records suggest ceiling.

Brock Bowers broke rookie tight end records with 112 receptions and 1,194 yards in 2024, then averaged more PPR points per game in 2025 (16.44 vs. 15.45) despite playing through a painful PCL injury in Weeks 2-4 and rough play-calling/QB combos. At ADP 21.63 (mid-2nd round), the 23-year-old is positioned to really break out under Klint Kubiak's scheme with Kirk Cousins/Fernando Mendoza, facing less WR pass-game competition than anywhere outside Miami. The Raiders' reported goal last year was for Bowers to break the NFL record for catches and targets; improved scheme and QB play should help him get close.
