ESPN Fantasy Football on Chase Brown

Brown is a solid Round 2 RB option after early-slot WR selections.

Brown is the optimal Round 2 pick for the 5-slot team. The source notes that after getting Round 1 wide receivers, there's a rich crop of running backs generally still available in Round 2, and Brown is mentioned as a perfectly fine option alongside Omarion Hampton, Barkley, or Jeremiyah Love.
