Achane is also playing with a runner at QB in Malik Willis, whose best work in Green Bay was in an offense the team adjusted to run a lot of manufactured passing plays that gave Willis two reads and a rushing lane. Good runners at QB who aren't refined in the pocket don't look for RBs as often for check downs.

Achane is an excellent runner but faces significant headwinds in Miami's new scheme. He's no longer in Mike McDaniel's conceptually rich ground game and now plays with runner QB Malik Willis, whose best work in Green Bay featured manufactured passing plays with limited reads and rushing lanes. Willis, not refined in the pocket, checks down to RBs less frequently. Miami's heavy play-action that moves the pocket will cause Achane to see a significant dip in passing production, taking him out of the top-15 fantasy back conversation this year.
