Randall placed on IR for roster spot; dynasty-relevant despite redraft fade.

Placed on injured reserve - designated to return list by the Ravens to open up a roster spot, but did not appear to be injured in the preseason. Rasheen Ali will be the #3 back behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill to open the season. Randall is still worth carrying in dynasty leagues even though he is off the redraft radar for now.
