Johnson's hamstring doesn't change Cook's role; Bills stick with familiar distribution.

Johnson was listed as a limited participant on Monday's estimated practice report with a hamstring injury. The Bills tinkered with getting lead back James Cook additional opportunities on key passing situations in Week 1 but ditched the idea in favor of practice squad call-up Frank Gore Jr. after the break, placing a halt on the idea of Cook seeing additional opportunities on third down in Johnson's absence. The team will move forward with a familiar role for their lead rusher, regardless of Johnson's status in Week 2.
