From the episode

Terrence Ferguson, second year tight end for the Rams. He's going to be basically their third receiver in my mind might be their fastest player on offense.

Ferguson is a dynamic vertical threat but may be too game-plan dependent for redraft.

Matt Harmon describes Ferguson as a vertical element for the Rams' 13 personnel groupings. While he has dynamic ability and was used all over the formation, his fantasy relevance is difficult to project due to game-plan dependency. Yahoo drafters are currently taking him in the 11th round as the TE16, which Harmon feels is baking in a breakout that may not fully materialize this year.
