Positive signalRole

Joshua Palmer fringe option; every-down role if Moore and Coleman sit.

Only a fringe fantasy option in normal circumstances, but if both DJ Moore and Keon Coleman sit out for Buffalo, Palmer would receive an every-down role; he has scored long-distance TDs in each of the past two weeks, suggesting upside if given volume.
