RotoWire NFL Articles on Tyler Allgeier

Allgeier benched second half despite 3rd-and-long work; 2.9 YPC average.

Allgeier is averaging just 2.9 YPC with a long gain of 11 yards and was all but proven out of the offense after halftime despite still getting work on passing downs; he ran two more routes than Love (35% share) and took most of the 3rd-and-long snaps (7 of 9), but Love's role expansion signals a significant shift in backfield hierarchy.
