Mayfield's thumb injury sidelines him 3 weeks; limited fantasy value.

Mayfield suffered a thumb injury on the final play of the game, avoiding worst-case scenarios like a ligament tear, but it sounds annoying for fantasy managers in the sense that he'll miss extended time without necessarily going on IR. He's not looking useful outside of superflex leagues anyway. Head coach Todd Bowles said Monday that Mayfield will miss three weeks.
