Allen RB20 with 15-20 touch upside vs. league-worst Bears RB defense.

Ranked RB20 for Week 4 at CHI; is the only Jets RB not named Breece Hall (quad) to touch the football this season; looks like a solid candidate to flirt with 15-20 touches during Hall's absence and has a great matchup against the Bears' league-worst defense in RB rush yards before contact per carry; while lacking Hall's receiving upside, Allen is more effective at pushing the pile (tied for 10th in percentage of carries to gain 3+ yards after contact vs. Hall's last-place ranking).
