Forced into focal role due to injuries; scheme familiarity enables immediate impact.

Deebo Samuel looked great in Week 1 and is now forced to be a focal piece of the 49ers offense due to injuries to Kirk, Skibbling, and other veterans. The source compares his situation to Keenan Allen last year, noting his intimate knowledge of the scheme allows immediate impact. He benefits from increased opportunity in the 49ers passing game following Deion Skibbling's significant ankle injury.
