Video: Fantasy Football RB Strategy: Are We Drafting Running Backs Wrong?
James Cook is a capable pass catcher. I more so than Jonathan Taylor, more so than Derrick Henry. If a team wanted to use him in a three-down bell cow role, they could and I think he would have success doing it. But what we've seen from the Bills...they've just said, 'Okay, like we're we're not going to have Cook be like this three down belcow cuz we want him to stay healthy for the full season.'

Cook is a capable pass catcher more so than Jonathan Taylor or Derrick Henry, and if a team wanted to use him in a three-down bell cow role, he could succeed, but the Bills have intentionally limited him to a hyperefficient two-down mostly rushing role to keep him healthy.
